It pairs two elements: an objective diagnostic that surfaces alignment patterns without blame; and a structured dialogue practice that teams apply to real work in progress to resolve misalignment.
Becoming a certified practitioner gives you licence to deliver Mirror Mirror as a repeatable and scalable practice.

Certified Facilitator
A focused, one-day introduction for experienced facilitators and/or coaches who want to add a distinctive, evidence-based methodology to complement their work.
Across a day of pre-work and four live sessions, you will learn to order, read and interpret a Mirror Mirror diagnostic, and facilitate structured dialogue around a team’s real work. You will finish the day ready to position and run the methodology with clients. It is the quickest way in, and if you go further later, half your fee offsets the cost of the next route.
Certified Practitioner
A comprehensive, three-day grounding for coaches and/or facilitators building their team practice, with more space to practise the methodology before going live with clients.
Across three half-day sessions spaced between a week and three weeks apart, you learn to work with the diagnostic, facilitate structured conversations and debrief what happened. The learning is grounded in real experience, rather than theory alone. In addition, up to 4 hours of individual support are available. This will leave you confident in contracting, positioning, and delivering Mirror Mirror in your own practice. Half your fee offsets the six-month programme if you choose to continue further.
Accredited Practitioner
The deepest route: a six-month, cohort-based programme for experienced 1:1 coaches moving into systemic team coaching, designed to lead to an EMCC-accredited team-coaching credential (accreditation pending).
Delivered entirely online, the programme pairs the Mirror Mirror ethodology with the EMCC team- coaching framework. You source a real team to work with from the outset, so your learning is embedded in live client work throughout, supported by supervision and professional discussion. You finish able to work confidently as a systemic team coach, not only a 1:1 practitioner. This first cohort is offered at pilot pricing, and places are limited.
