People have different perceptions of reality based on how they interpret the world around them. Moving to a better shared understanding between people at work is an essential basis for effective delivery.  This is alignment: a continuously evolving shared reality.

How it Works

 

The process begins with a survey link that takes around 30 mins per person to complete. One or more of our additional question sets can be added depending on the team situation i.e. new teams, teams in change, cross-functional teams etc. The survey is made up of qualitative and quantitative questions. We combine the responses into an alignment report, which forms the basis of a custom designed workshop in 2 x 2 hour blocks. After this, we measure what changed and why.

Provides deeper alignment insights for teams in complex, difficult, or high impact situations.
Best for senior and executive teams.

 

Alignment does not necessarily mean that people need to have the same views or agree with each other.  It just means their views need to be compatible, and that they can commit to the same course of action and pull in the same direction.

How it Works

 

The process begins with a 1-1 interview and e-survey per person: total completion time = < 60 minutes. The survey is made up of qualitative and quantitative questions. One or more of our additional question sets can be added depending on the team situation i.e. new team, executive team, cross-functional team etc. We combine the responses into an alignment report, which forms the basis of a custom designed workshop. These take place in 2 x 3 hour blocks. Then, we make progress visible by measuring what changed and why.
