Our Practitioner network
All practitioners listed here have completed Mirror Mirror’s certification programme, qualifying them to run the full coordination methodology, from the anonymous diagnostic through to structured alignment dialogue, and follow-up measurement.

Certification is specific to the Mirror Mirror practice: practitioners are experienced coaches / facilitators trained in the diagnostic instrument, the perspective-comparison methodology, and the principles of coordination as a repeatable organizational practice. We have the capacity to deliver globally, online or in person. Our practitioners can match most requirements for specific sector experience or geographic reach.

A coordination methodology is only as effective as the practice that delivers it. Mirror Mirror’s certified practitioners bring the diagnostic and structured alignment practice to life in your specific organizational context.
