This survey is tailored to reflect the requirements and responsibilities of teams driving strategy implementation and results.  It looks at how members understand their wider context and its implications on the business, how they see the strategy and the organizational support of its implementation, and how they see the team interacts to be effective.    

>   Customization is available with additional question sets, such as for organizations in change, post-M&A situation, in the remote working environment.

Team Reflector

Provides comprehensive insights on whole system alignment between people in teams. The survey takes 20-25 minutes per person. Recommended workshop time = 4 – 6 hours in two-hour blocks. Can be used for single or multiple teams at any level.

>   Suitable for any level of team – recommended where multiple teams are in scope.

>   Includes post-workshop measurement and 3-6 month evaluation surveys and reports.

Team Reflector HD

TEAM SIZES 5 - 20

Provides insights at a very high level of detail to show differences and common ground in how people see their context at work.  Data capture consists of a 20-25 min online survey per person, plus a 45 minute 1-1 guided interview per person.  Recommended workshop time is 6 hours, either in person or in 3 x 2 hour online sessions.

>   Customization to the team situation is available with additional question sets.

>   For Leadership Teams. 

>   Includes post-workshop measurement and 3-6 month evaluation surveys and reports.

Context Focus

TEAM SIZES 5 - 20

Compares how people see their context at work and uncovers misalignment in understanding or interpretation of the strategy. Behaviour questions are not included in this product.

Culture Focus

Purely measuring how participants observe learning behaviours to reveal the actual culture at play. Can take in any number of participants. Used for baselining and feedback purposes.
