Mirror Mirror’s streamlined alignment process is designed to make the most impact in the shortest time.

The process is typically led by a certified coach and takes 2 x 2 hour sessions. In these, participants are encouraged to move away from groupthink, tunnel vision, or passive agreement; and balance sharing / inclusivity; challenge / support; and trust in self / others.
