When these products are used simultaneously in the same organization, the results can be compared to show the extent of alignment between both teams (additional cost).

Team Reflector
Provides comprehensive insights on whole system alignment between people in teams. The survey takes 20-25 minutes per person. Recommended workshop time = 4 – 6 hours in two-hour blocks. Can be used for single or multiple teams at any level.

Purely measuring how participants observe learning behaviours to reveal the actual culture at play. Can take in any number of participants. Used for baselining and feedback purposes.

We interface with trained partners, who use our reports with their clients. Our training is 5 hours online and includes materials and flexible templates to run the customisable alignment process as part of a broader mandate.
