Recommended for use where multiple teams are in scope.  It has the same question areas as the Team Reflector HD, just at a higher level of detail:

Team Reflector HD

Our most thorough diagnostic, this is designed for Leadership Teams implementing change.

The report shows the extent of alignment between participants across their whole system at work:

 

>   E-survey and 1-1 interview – standardized questions, with you as interviewer (approx. 90 mins per person in total)

>   Qualitative responses are hand-coded to group matching meanings

>   Delivery of alignment report

>   Next steps to close the gaps based on report findings – this is invariably an in-depth dialogue-based workshop designed and delivered by you
